Light Spinning Tackle Question
Dear Jim,
I'm using light spinning tackle for bass. I use a Stradic reel 6-10# and a St Croix Legend Elite 6-12 # gear. The problem is the string, I use Berkley 8# test and I use stick baits and a variety of crankbaits etc. and when ever I catch those bass over 10 #'s I'm unable to lift them to the water surface to net or hand lift them out of the water. So What should I really use with my stick baits and crankbaits? I thought about using Berkley fire line in the 10# or 12#. Please give me some help on getting these monsters in my boat by using the proper line.
Thanks
D. B.

Pardon my opinion, but I think you ought to keep the cork in that bottle!

A common question that we get: "Is there somewhere close to get bait and tackle?" This is where we get our bait.
