Dear Jim,
I emailed you a couple of weeks back about east lake and tried your
suggestions of working the grass line but have had little luck other than
a lot of small fish any suggestions on how to catch some bigger fish?

Usually, bigger fish are a result of the odds. If you catch a lot of fish, the odds give you a good one once in awhile. There is no such thing as a big fish-only lure or place. Although, big fish seem to hang on isolated, small cover areas. Possibly, it is so they can keep it all under surveillance and keep intruders away (see the article 'S' You Want To Catch A Trophy' 'n our archivers)
So, I suggest you just keep a lure wet. Wish I could really help, but don't know how.
