Bear Lake Waterfalls
Dear Jim,
I'm interested in information about the waterfalls I saw on Bob Calwell's outdoor special on 4/11/03 about some beautiful waterfalls that I think Bob said were on Bear Lake. I believe he said they were called Sorrell's Creek Falls or something like that. I would really appreciate any info you could give me about these falls. I'm an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and I would love to have the chance to see this in person.

About half way from the ramp to the headwaters of the lake, there is a high waterfall on the left. What you see from the water is the falls way up at the top pf the mountain. You can beach your boat and hike up a trail and see a number of successive falls that gradually work their way to the basin and into a cove at the base.
